Are these the faces of Colnbrook’s lamp post vandals?
Are these the faces of the out of control kids who have been vandalising lamp posts in Colnbrook streets over the past few months?
These photographs, sent to Colnbrook Views this afternoon by a resident in Poyle, could be the first recorded images of the unruly teenagers who have been causing thousands of pounds of damage and plunging streets into darkness by systematically shooting out street lights.
Thames Valley Police and Slough Borough Council have urged residents to step forward with any information on the identity of the yobs who have left elderly residents fearing for their safety. Armed with catapults and BB guns, police say the group of up to five 13 to 15 year olds have been “prowling the streets at night”.
Taken in Pippins Park, Raymond Close, a few weeks ago they show two youths targeting lamp posts with catapults.
Police were called but they did not arrive in time.
