The Ostrich’s Screaming Blue Murder Comedy nights have been so popular for the last couple of months that we they have decided to feature an extra date in December to coincide with the Christmas party season! They have also announced a new festive menu and longer Winter opening times will take effect.

The Ostrich’s Philippe De Azevedo has confirmed the pub’s Jubilee Celebration will now include a Battle of the Bands! For the kids there will be a themed fancy dress, face painting, competitions, and, YES! after all, a bouncy castle! For the adults, of course, live music all afternoon and a bonfire in the evening (weather permitting), plus a “proper” barbecue with “proper” coal and homemade burgers.
