CCA Meeting: “Something for everyone!”

The next meeting of the fledgling Colnbrook Community Association (CCA) will take place on Wednesday, 27th October 2010.   Charles Burke, Secretary of the CCA, said: “This is very much a ‘something for everybody’ meeting so we do hope that you will be able to attend.”

The meeting will take place at Colnbrook Village Hall, kicking off at 7pm.

  • Use of hall
  • Neighbourhood Watch
  • Fly-tipping
  • Garages
  • Play area

2. HGV restrictions and parking issues (20 Mins)

  • Update on heavy traffic restrictions
  • Cargo trucks and trailer parking on the Sutton Road slip way, Bypass and Bath Road Longford entrance to village and in general volume of heavy goods trucks parked randomly throughout the ward.

3. Community Payback  (10 Mins)

  • An introduction by Julia Katuscakova (Placement Manager, Thames Valley Probation)

4. Details of the SIFE planning application by Goodmans (40 Mins)

5. Update on Village Hall situation (20 Mins)

6. Youth group and the facilities now available to them (10 Mins)
