Motor Sports Association appoints new Chief Executive

The Motor Sports Association, based in Colnbrook, has appointed General Secretary Rob Jones, as its Chief Executive with immediate effect.


One of Colnbrook’s more salubrious organisations, the Motor Sports Association (MSA), has appointed a new Chief Executive.

Based in Poyle, the MSA is responsible for the regulation and administration of four-wheeled motor sport in the United Kingdom.

Mr Jones has held the position of Acting Chief Executive since October. He joined as General Secretary in 2006.

Jones said:

I saw my first road rally when I was 17 and realised then that I wanted to be part of the sport, but could never have imagined that I would one day be appointed as CEO of one of the most respected motor sport governing bodies in the world.
