Preparations under way for Colnbrook Summer Fair!
Preparations are well under way for this year’s Colnbrook Summer Fair according to organisers.
With the banner going up for the CCA’s second Summer Fair and posters being placed around the village the association has revealed the first details of its plans.
On the fun side a giant bouncy castle will keep kids amused, while a wide range of side games and ‘challenge stalls’ will entertain both young and old.
There will also be face painting, jewellery and accessory stalls, plants, bric-a-brac, a toy stall, a stationery and card stall, plus candy floss, popcorn, home made fudge, sweets and cakes.
On the catering front, there will be a return of the CCA’s “well regarded” BBQ; and Caribbean delights from Ren’s Kitchen. Cakes and crepes complement the food offering, and there will be the unique Salt Hill Cider available to wash it all down.
Flyers are being delivered, subject to help from volunteers to deliver to local areas. If you can help out with a street or two, the CCA would like to hear from you – email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The event opens at 11.00am on Saturday, 16th August, in the car park of The Ostrich.
