Vicarage Way Children’s Centre opens its doors

The Vicarage Way Children’s centre and Library opened on 10th October 2011. The space has been transformed inside and out and looks amazing. The original features have still been kept but it looks really bright and welcoming.

There is a library as part of the centre with books for adults and children to enjoy and borrow. All the books are newly purchased and with nearly 2,000 to choose with a good selection for everyone.

There is a self service machine so you can issue and return your books, If you want join or have any queries about the library just pick up the hotline phone and you will be able to speak to a member of library staff.

You can log on to the computer for free and use the internet or find out what books are available

From 6th November there will be a weekly rhyme and story time from 10-10.30 am. No need to book.

Please get in touch
